This Privacy Policy explains what information Techie Andrew (“we,” “us”) collects when you use this website and store (“Site”), how it’s used, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, account holders, and anyone purchasing a Product.

We collect information in three ways:

• You provide it directly - your name and email when you create an account, contact us, or check out.
• Automatically - basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected as you browse.
• From payment processing - Razorpay shares limited order and transaction details with us (such as amount and status) to confirm and fulfil your purchase. We never receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.

We use the information collected to:

• Process orders and deliver purchased Products;
• Create and manage your account, including cart and order history;
• Respond to support requests and questions;
• Send order confirmations and, where relevant, updates about a Product you’ve purchased;
• Understand how the Site is used, to fix issues and improve it;
• Meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

The Site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate, each of which processes a limited slice of your data on our behalf:

• Razorpay - handles all payment processing. Your payment details are governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy, not this one.
• Supabase - stores account information, cart, and order data securely.
• Sanity - powers the content you see on the Site (blog posts, product listings); it does not receive your personal information as a visitor.

These providers are only permitted to use your data to deliver the service they provide to us, not for their own independent purposes.

The Site uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, and understand basic usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features - like staying logged in or a persistent cart - may stop working correctly as a result.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to records we’re required to retain by law.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so it can be removed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in how the Site operates or to comply with legal requirements. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
