These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Techie Andrew website and store (“Site”), including the purchase and download of any digital products, templates, or source code made available here (“Products”).

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any Product.

Every Product listed on the Site is a digital good - source code, templates, or related assets delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Product descriptions, previews, and screenshots are provided for reference. Minor variations between preview material and the final delivered files may occur as Products are updated over time.

All payments on the Site are processed through Razorpay. Techie Andrew does not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials - these are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own terms and security practices.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted at checkout. You are responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product, typically via an on-screen download link and/or an email confirmation. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate, as delivery is sent there.

Download access may be time-limited or capped in number of downloads for a given order. If you experience an issue accessing a Product you’ve purchased, contact support and it will be resolved.

Purchasing a Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or client projects, including commercial work, unless the Product listing states otherwise.

You may not, under this license:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Product itself as a standalone product or template;
• Sublicense or transfer your license to another party;
• Claim authorship of the original Product.

You may modify the Product as needed for your own use or for a client’s project.

Because Products are delivered digitally and immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as a Product being materially different from its listing or a technical failure preventing delivery.

To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.

All Products, along with the Site’s design, branding, and written content, remain the intellectual property of Techie Andrew unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchasing a Product transfers a license to use it as described above - not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Techie Andrew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a Product, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or downtime, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in Products, payment processing, or applicable law. The effective date above will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
